Brief Introduction
Iris Ma is a consultant of ELW who focuses on non-contentious commercial and corporate finance matters. Iris advises corporates and private investors on acquisition and disposal of shares in companies. She represents banks, financial institutions, borrowers and bond issuers on general corporate lending, bond issuance and related loan and security documents.
