Brief Introduction
Ms. Joyce Tsang joined ELW in 2015 and her primary focus on corporate and commercial matters.

Joyce specializes in advising on different types of commercial agreements, including sale and purchase agreement in relation to share acquisition and asset acquisition of private and listed company, and shareholder’s agreement. She also has experience in contentious and non-contentious intellectual property work, matrimonial, contractual disputes, building management disputes and other general civil litigation matters.
