Brief Introduction
Ms. Koey Kwun joined ELW as a trainee solicitor in 2015 focusing on contentious and non-contentious commercial matters. Following her completion of traineeship, she focuses on merger and acquisitions, corporate finance, bank finance and loan transactions.
Koey also has experience in commercial and intellectual property litigation, including liquidation and corporate rescue shareholder disputes and trust.
