Brief Introduction
Mr. Patrick Chu specializes in both civil and criminal litigations. He was appointed as a permanent magistrate in Hong Kong in 1986, a notary public in 1990 and a China-appointed attesting officer in 1995. He was also a Council Member of The Duty Lawyer Services from 1993 to 2007 and he was the Council Chairman of the Duty Lawyers Services for the year of 1996-1997.
Patrick has been a prosecutor on fiat appointed by the Department of Justice for over 10 years. He is still a notary public and a China-appointed attesting officer, as well as a manager of Pak Kau College, The Jockey Club EduYoung College and QualiEd College.
