Brief Introduction
Stanley joined ELW as trainee solicitor on 1 September 2016. Before joining ELW, Stanley was a practising certified public accountant (CPA) in Hong Kong with almost 30 years of work experiences in his profession. During his professional life as a practising CPA, Stanley serves his clients in the following aspects:

conducting statutory and special audits
providing taxation advices including tax planning and investigation
insolvency matters: acting as nominee in individual voluntary arrangements, liquidator, court appointed receiver and trustee in bankruptcy
assisting on compliance matters in relation to the Companies Ordinance;
providing corporate advices including:
a. corporate finance and management
b. financial services
c. merger and acquisition
d. reorganisation and restructuring
e. IPO and resumption of share trading
assisting in establishment of businesses in Hong Kong and overseas
assisting in establishment of businesses in Mainland China including the setting up of foreign owned enterprises, factories, offices, branches, representative offices, etc.
assisting in general corporate secretarial matters
writing opinion letter for submission to court as evidence
